Galiaraa is a social platform where people share their travel experiences, build their journeys, and inspire others to follow them. A Route is a journey shared on Galiaraa — photos, videos, and an itinerary from a trip actually taken. Explorers and Travelers share Routes and follow one another’s journeys; and hotels and agencies showcase their properties and packages. Galiaraa is an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us at legal@galiaraa.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

All users register as a Traveler account. From app Settings you may upgrade to an Explorer account or a Business account. See the Creator Agreement and Advertiser Terms for the terms specific to those account types.

Stays, packages, and services are offered and provided by the hotels, agencies, and other users who list them; Galiaraa does not sell, book, or arrange travel itself. Any transactions, bookings, or agreements you enter into with hotels, agencies, or other users discovered through Galiaraa are solely between you and that party. Galiaraa accepts no liability for refunds, cancellations, disputes, or service quality arising from those arrangements.

When you post content on Galiaraa, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform and in our marketing materials for as long as it remains published. You retain ownership. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law, or breach our Community Guidelines.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any video, audio, image, or other content you upload does not infringe the copyright or other intellectual-property rights of a third party. Before you can submit content, you must affirmatively confirm that you hold the necessary rights or permissions to it, including any music, audio, images, or footage it contains. Content that infringes another person’s copyright will be restricted or removed, and a pattern of valid copyright claims against your account may result in suspension or termination — see Community Guidelines.

Galiaraa does not provide a licensed music catalogue for use in Routes. If your Route contains music or other audio you did not create yourself — including audio added in a third-party editing app before upload — you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights or a licence to use it. Galiaraa does not represent or warrant that any third-party audio or other content in a user’s upload is licensed for that use; that responsibility sits with the uploader.

A copyright owner or their authorised agent may submit a formal copyright claim against specific content on Galiaraa, whether or not they hold a Galiaraa account. We review claims and may restrict or remove the reported content. The uploader will be notified and may submit a counter-notice disputing the claim; submitting a counter-notice does not automatically reinstate the content — it is reviewed by us before any reinstatement. To file a copyright claim or a counter-notice, contact legal@galiaraa.com.

Identity of the parties. We do not share a claimant’s name or contact details with the uploader as part of the claim or counter-notice process, and we do not share the uploader’s details with the claimant beyond what is already visible on their public profile. Both parties deal with us, not with each other. We may disclose either party’s details where we are required to by law, by a court or government order, or where it is necessary to respond to legal proceedings.

Prohibited conduct: automated scraping or data mining; reverse engineering; submitting fabricated itineraries; impersonating another user or business; using the platform to harass, threaten, or defraud; or violating our Community Guidelines.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or Community Guidelines. Severe breaches (fraud, CSAM, criminal activity) result in immediate termination without notice. Terminated accounts may not re-register.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galiaraa, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of: your use of the platform; your content; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of any third-party rights.

Galiaraa provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of user-generated itineraries, the quality of listed properties, or the reliability of third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Galiaraa’s aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Galiaraa in the six months preceding the claim.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, government action, power failures, or internet infrastructure failures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Faridabad, Haryana, with appeals to the Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution with us at legal@galiaraa.com for 30 days.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions continue in full force.

We will notify registered users of material changes via in-app notification at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

The Plan This Route feature lets travelers send a route planning request to businesses on Galiaraa. Verified Business accounts can subscribe to a monthly Route Requests plan (Free, Base, Pro, or Exclusive tier) to receive those requests. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No guarantee of request quality or intent: Galiaraa matches and routes the route planning requests submitted by travelers to eligible businesses based on destination, preferences, and match score. We do not verify, screen, or guarantee the seriousness, intent, or financial readiness of any traveler submitting a request.
• No guarantee of conversion: Being assigned a route request does not guarantee a response, bid acceptance, or a confirmed booking. Conversion depends entirely on your offering, pricing, communication, and the traveler’s ultimate decision. Galiaraa makes no representation that any request will result in a booking or revenue.
• Subscription fees are for platform access only: Monthly subscription fees are charged for access to route request matching and display placement — not for bookings or guaranteed outcomes. Fees are charged regardless of how many requests are received or converted.
• No refunds on unanswered or unconverted requests: Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced, irrespective of whether requests were received, responded to, or converted into bookings.
• Request volume is not guaranteed: The monthly request cap shown for each tier is the maximum you can receive — not a minimum. Actual volume depends on the number of traveler requests matching your destination and preference configuration in a given month.
• Subscription cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

Galiaraa may award Galiaraa Points, which can be redeemed for vouchers offered by businesses in the Rewards Catalogue. Points have no cash value. The programme, including the role of listing businesses and Galiaraa’s right to change or end it, is governed by the Galiaraa Points & Rewards Terms, which form part of these Terms.
