Galiaraa Points are a non-transferable loyalty benefit that Galiaraa may award for eligible content shared on Galiaraa. Points have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for money or converted into cash under any circumstance, including if the programme is modified, suspended or ended. Any rupee equivalent shown in the app is for illustration only and is not an offer of payment.

Galiaraa decides, at its discretion, which content is eligible and whether and how many points are awarded, according to the criteria, limits and validity periods shown in the app from time to time. Galiaraa may change these for future earning at any time; points already credited are not affected by such a change.

Points are valid for the period shown in the app and then expire. We will try to notify you in the app before points expire. Expired points cannot be restored.

Points can be redeemed only for vouchers listed in the Galiaraa Rewards Catalogue at the time of redemption, at the points price then shown. Every listing is marked Sponsored, because it is placed by or on behalf of a business. On redemption you receive a voucher from that business. Points spent on a redemption are not refunded, including if the voucher goes unused or expires. A voucher you already hold remains subject to its own validity and terms if its listing is later removed.

Each voucher listed in the Rewards Catalogue is issued and honoured solely by the listed business. By submitting a listing, the business agrees to fulfil it, per its stated terms, for any user who redeems it in good faith and presents a valid, unexpired code. Galiaraa is not a party to, and is not liable for, a business’s fulfilment of any voucher. A user who believes a business has failed to honour a validly redeemed voucher may pursue that business directly, including through legal action. Galiaraa’s role is limited to operating the points ledger and the catalogue listing, and to responding to reports of business misconduct. Galiaraa may suspend or permanently remove a business’s listing, and/or suspend the business’s Galiaraa account, where it determines the business has engaged in fraud, spam, or repeated non-fulfilment of issued vouchers, based on user reports or its own review. Removing a listing does not entitle affected users to a refund of points already spent, though Galiaraa may, at its sole discretion, offer an equivalent alternative.

Galiaraa may withhold points, void all or part of a balance, remove content and/or suspend an account where it determines the account is fake or is misusing the programme, as described in Terms of Service (Acceptable Use) and Terms of Service (Account Suspension and Termination).

Galiaraa may modify these terms, change or remove catalogue listings, and suspend or end the programme at its sole discretion. Points have no cash value, and Galiaraa is not liable for any cash, credit or other compensation on the modification, suspension, discontinuation, expiry or forfeiture of points.
