Creator Agreement.

This Creator Agreement governs your participation in the Galiaraa Creator program. By upgrading to a Creator account from app Settings, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility & Account Upgrade

Any registered user may upgrade to a Creator account from app Settings. There is no follower minimum or application process. Galiaraa reserves the right to revoke Creator status for violation of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or Terms of Service.

2. Content Publishing

As a Creator, you may upload travel videos and attach full day-by-day itineraries. Published content appears in the Discover feed and on your public profile. You are responsible for the accuracy of itinerary details, costs, and property information. Galiaraa does not independently verify individual itineraries.

3. Creator Earnings

Creators may earn through ad revenue sharing from campaigns where their content is part of the delivery surface. Rates, eligibility, and calculation methodology are set by Galiaraa and may change with 30 days' notice.

Payouts

Payout schedules, minimum thresholds, and payment methods will be communicated to eligible Creators in-app when the payout system is activated. Galiaraa will deduct TDS on Creator payments as required under applicable Income Tax law and provide certificates accordingly.

Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for your own GST registration, compliance, and any other tax obligations arising from your earnings. Galiaraa does not manage your tax compliance.

Earnings on Account Termination

Accrued earnings at termination will be settled in accordance with the payout terms in effect at that time, subject to withholdings for policy violations. Accounts terminated for fraud or gross violations forfeit all accrued earnings.

4. Brand Collaborations & Collab Tags

Business accounts may send you a collab tag when your published content features their property. Accepting a collab tag links your content to the business's profile page.

Advertising Disclosure (ASCI)

If you receive any compensation — monetary, free stay, gifted products, or any material benefit — from a brand or business for content, you must disclose this using visible labels: #Ad, #Collab, #Paid, or #Sponsored — as required by ASCI Guidelines for Influencer Advertising and Consumer Protection (Endorsement Guidelines) 2022. Failure to disclose may result in suspension of your Creator account. You are solely liable for any regulatory action arising from non-disclosure.

5. Content Rights

You retain ownership of your original content. You grant Galiaraa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and in our marketing materials for as long as it remains published. Deleted content is removed within 30 days.

6. Prohibited Content

Do not publish: fabricated or AI-generated content presented as a real trip; content infringing third-party copyright; content promoting illegal activity; or content violating our Community Guidelines. Repeated violations result in permanent termination and forfeiture of accrued earnings.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
