Every account on Galiaraa starts as a Traveler account, private by default. As a Traveler you can post itinerary-attached Routes, visible only to your followers. The content-rights and prohibited-content rules below, plus our Community Guidelines, apply to whatever you post, private account or not.

To reach everyone instead of just your followers, convert to a public account from app Settings — a public account is called an Explorer account. Once public, your Routes are visible to everyone on Galiaraa except users who have restricted or blocked you. Explorer accounts also carry brand-collaboration opportunities — see § 3 (Explorer Earnings, Payouts & Tax (KYC)) and § 4 (Brand Collaborations & Collab Tags) for the extra obligations that come with that: identity verification for payouts (KYC), earnings and tax handling, and advertising-disclosure requirements. Galiaraa reserves the right to revoke Explorer status for violation of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or Terms of Service.

You can also convert your account to Business, for a registered business — hotels, agencies, and brands. Business accounts upload Showcase content (property and package listings) to a public profile — see § 5 (Business Accounts — Showcase Content & Packages). Commercial terms specific to running Showcase and campaigns sit in the Advertiser Terms, not this Agreement.

Every account — Traveler or Explorer — may post itinerary-attached Routes, including full day-by-day itineraries with cost and property details. You are responsible for the accuracy of itinerary details, costs, and property information — Galiaraa does not independently verify individual itineraries.

Who can see it follows § 1 (Who This Agreement Covers): a Traveler’s content is visible only to followers; once you convert to Explorer, it’s visible to everyone and appears in the Discover feed.

The content-rights rules in § 6 (Content Rights) and the prohibited-content rules in § 7 (Prohibited Content) below apply to everything you post, Traveler or Explorer.

Payouts. Payout schedules, minimum thresholds, and payment methods will be communicated to eligible Explorers in-app when the payout system is activated. Galiaraa will deduct TDS on Explorer payments as required under applicable Income Tax law and provide certificates accordingly.

Tax Obligations. You are solely responsible for your own GST registration, compliance, and any other tax obligations arising from your earnings. Galiaraa does not manage your tax compliance.

Earnings on Account Termination. Accrued earnings at termination will be settled in accordance with the payout terms in effect at that time, subject to withholdings for policy violations. Accounts terminated for fraud or gross violations forfeit all accrued earnings.

Business accounts may send you a collab tag when your published content features their property. Accepting a collab tag links your content to the business’s profile page.

Collab payments are settled directly between you and the business — outside the Galiaraa platform. Galiaraa does not intermediate, facilitate, or take any commission on collab payments. Any compensation you negotiate with a business is your private commercial arrangement. Galiaraa is not a party to those arrangements and has no liability arising from them.

Advertising Disclosure (ASCI). If you receive any compensation — monetary, free stay, gifted products, or any material benefit — from a brand or business for content, you must disclose this using visible labels: #Ad, #Collab, #Paid, or #Sponsored — as required by ASCI Guidelines for Influencer Advertising and Consumer Protection (Endorsement Guidelines) 2022. Failure to disclose may result in suspension of your Explorer account. You are solely liable for any regulatory action arising from non-disclosure.

When you post Showcase content and package listings for your property or brand, the same content-rights rules in § 6 (Content Rights) and prohibited-content rules in § 7 (Prohibited Content) that apply to Traveler and Explorer content apply to yours too.

Everything specific to running Showcase and ad campaigns as a commercial activity — Business Wallet, GST invoicing, campaign review, performance guarantees, and refunds — is governed by the Advertiser Terms, not by this Agreement. When you send a collab tag to an Explorer, § 4 (Brand Collaborations & Collab Tags) governs that relationship.

You retain ownership of your original content, whichever account type you publish it from. You grant Galiaraa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and in our marketing materials for as long as it remains published. Deleted content is removed within 30 days.

Do not publish: fabricated or AI-generated content presented as a real Route or real property; content infringing third-party copyright; scam or fraudulent content; content promoting illegal activity; or content violating our Community Guidelines. This applies to Traveler, Explorer, and Business content alike.

Galiaraa reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates this section — whether flagged by a user report or identified through our own review — regardless of whether it has been formally reported. Repeated violations result in permanent termination.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
