Community Guidelines.

Galiaraa is built on authentic travel experiences shared by people who actually took the trip. These guidelines exist to keep our community safe, genuine, and worth returning to.

1. Authentic Travel Only

Every piece of content must reflect a genuine travel experience. Do not post fake itineraries, manipulated media, or AI-generated trip content presented as real. Fabricated content will be removed and may result in account termination.

2. Respect & Safety

We do not tolerate hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on religion, caste, race, gender, nationality, or any other characteristic. Content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity will be removed immediately and the account may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Child Safety

Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors (CSAM) is strictly prohibited. Such content will be reported to Indian law enforcement, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), and the Cyber Crime Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) immediately on detection. Accounts involved will be permanently banned and details handed to authorities without notice.

4. Adult Content

Galiaraa is a travel platform. Sexually explicit content, pornography, and nudity are not permitted. This includes sexual acts, explicit or gratuitous nudity, and content whose primary purpose is sexual arousal — whether posted as a video, thumbnail, profile photo, username, bio, or comment.

Ordinary travel imagery is permitted: swimwear at a beach or pool, traditional dress, and cultural or artistic depictions such as temple sculpture. The distinction is intent and context, not skin.

Content in breach of this section will be removed and may result in account termination. Report it using the in-app Report button on any video or creator profile.

5. Intellectual Property

Only share content you own or have explicit rights to use. If your content is taken down on a copyright notice you believe was incorrect, file a counter-notice — see Terms of Service § 6.

6. Spam & Inauthentic Behaviour

Do not post identical content repeatedly, buy followers or engagement, use bots, or coordinate inauthentic behaviour to inflate reach or metrics.

7. Enforcement

• First minor violation: Content removed, in-app warning issued.
• Repeat minor violations: Temporary suspension.
• Severe violations (fraud, CSAM, criminal content, impersonation): Immediate permanent ban; referral to law enforcement where required.

8. Reporting & Grievance Redressal

Use the in-app Report button on any video or creator profile to report a violation. For complaints not resolved in-app, contact our Grievance Officer at legal@galiaraa.com. In compliance with IT Rules 2021: all complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.

9. Appeals

If your content was removed or account suspended and you believe it was in error, email legal@galiaraa.com with subject "Content Appeal" within 30 days. We will review and respond within 15 days.
