Advertiser Terms.

These Advertiser Terms govern your use of Galiaraa Business Ads — the campaign platform for verified Business accounts. By running a campaign, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

To run ad campaigns you must: hold a verified Business account on the Galiaraa app; and maintain sufficient balance in your Galiaraa Business Wallet. GSTIN is not required to run campaigns, but providing one is strongly recommended — see § 3. Galiaraa reserves the right to refuse or revoke Business account status for violations of these terms.

2. Business Wallet

The Galiaraa Business Wallet is a prepaid credit redeemable only for Galiaraa advertising services. It is not a bank account or transferable payment instrument. Top-up limits apply and are displayed in the app.

3. GST & Invoicing

GST at the applicable rate is charged on all advertising services. Invoices are issued by Soupler, the GST-registered entity operating Galiaraa, for each wallet transaction and delivered to your Business account email.

• With GSTIN: Provide your active GSTIN on your Business profile. You receive a GST tax invoice (B2B) and may claim Input Tax Credit against it.
• Without GSTIN: You receive a standard receipt. GST is included in the price but cannot be claimed as ITC. This applies to businesses below the GST registration threshold or those that have not yet registered.

4. Campaign Review & Activation

Campaigns are subject to review before and after going live. We may reject or suspend a campaign for violations of our Community Guidelines, misleading claims, or non-compliance with these terms. You will be notified of any rejection or suspension with a reason, and may edit and resubmit. Ad content may be removed at any time if found to be in violation.

5. No Performance Guarantee

Galiaraa does not guarantee any specific number of impressions, clicks, leads, or bookings. Campaign performance depends on traveler intent, destination seasonality, creative quality, and competition. Reported analytics are provided in good faith.

6. Refund Policy

• Unused wallet balance: Refundable at any time on request to legal@galiaraa.com, within 14 business days.
• Suspended or rejected campaigns: Unspent budget returned to wallet.
• Delivered spend: Non-refundable.
• Account closure: Remaining wallet balance refunded within 14 business days.

7. Advertiser Conduct

Ad content must accurately represent your property, packages, and pricing. You will not use Galiaraa ads to target or exclude travelers based on religion, caste, gender, or other protected characteristics. Accounts engaging in discriminatory or deceptive advertising may be terminated without refund of delivered spend.

8. Plan This Trip Subscription — Distinction from Business Ads

The Galiaraa Business Wallet and Business Ads (campaign system) are separate from the Plan This Trip subscription. These Advertiser Terms govern Business Ads and wallet usage only. The Plan This Trip subscription is governed by § 15 of the general Terms of Service. The two products operate independently — running ad campaigns does not affect your lead routing tier, and your subscription does not provide any advertising credits or campaign reach.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
